Multismart upsets my stomach

Hi I attended one of your seminars and purchased Multismart, along with my daughter, who also purchased it. She tried the sample and could not tolerate it so she gave me the package she purchased. I tried it for a half of month but also found it upset my stomach. I decided not to use it and then decided to write you. Any suggestions?

Hi Patteeclark,

Have you tried putting your multi powder in smoothies, yogurt, pudding or juice?

Hope that helps!

Hi Patteeclark, make sure you have all your supplements with food.

Multismart is packed with nutrients. I always suggest if you are going to use the powder that you put it into food, shakes, yogurt, spaghetti sauce, juice and start with one quarter of a packet and work your way up to one packet. You can also use the capsules and start with one capsule with food.

Creating links

There are two ways of creating links:
  • [Example]( produces a link like this: Example
  • The fully qualified address, like, will automatically be converted to a link.

Formatting Text

  • You can make your text italic by surrounding it with * characters, *like this.*
  • Bold formatting is produced by surrounding your text with two stars, **like so**.
  • You can even ***use both at the same time***.

  • You can make a bulleted list using stars, like this:

    * First Item
    * Second Item
    * Third Item

  • If you want a numbered list, just write it out like this:
    1. First Item
    2. Second Item
    3. Third Item

You can produce headers for your posts using the '#' symbol.
  • '#Main Heading Example' produces a top level heading.
  • '##Sub Heading Example' produces a sub level heading.
  • '###Small Heading Example' produces a small heading.
